1. What is ZAZA Delivery? 
ZAZA Delivery is your go-to online store for premium CBD and THCa products. We offer a wide selection of vapes, edibles, flower, and concentrates, all delivered straight to your door. Our products are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill, making them federally legal. 

2. What products do you offer?
We offer a variety of CBD, HHC and THCa products, including vapes, edibles, flower, and concentrates. Our products are carefully selected to ensure quality and effectiveness, providing you with the best experience possible.

3. How old do I need to be to purchase from ZAZA Delivery?
You must be at least 18 or 21 years old to purchase products depending on your local regulations. We strictly enforce this age requirement and may ask for age verification at checkout.

4. Where do you ship?

It depends on what type of product you are purchasing. While the 2018 farm bill makes all of our products federally legal certain states have prohibited them here is a breakdown:

This product is not available for shipment to the following states: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.

This product is not available for shipment to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.


5. How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) CST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

6. When will I receive my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, it should arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Do you ship on weekends?
No, we do not process or ship orders on weekends. Any orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

8. Can I return or exchange a product?
Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on returns and exchanges. In general, all sales are final and non-refundable unless there is an issue with your order, such as damage or missing items. If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

9. Are your products legal?
Yes, all of our products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. That being said certain states have banned some of our products depending on the active ingredient. Here is a breakdown of where we cannot ship based on product type:

11. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

12. What should I do if my product arrives damaged or if something is missing from my order?
If your order arrives damaged or is missing any items, please contact us immediately on the day of delivery at info@zazadelivery.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product, box, and packing slip.

13. Are there any potential interactions or complications with using your products?
As with any supplement, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before using our products, especially if you have any medical conditions or are taking other medications. The statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

14. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zazadelivery.com. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

15. Are there any states where you do not ship?
Yes, we currently do not ship to stales that ban our products. Here is a breakdown of where we cannot ship based on active ingredient:
