No, we do not process or ship orders on weekends. Any orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing any items, please contact us immediately on the day of delivery at info@zazadelivery.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product, box, and packing slip.

Yes, all orders are shipped in plain brown boxes with no branding or product details on the outside. Every item is vacuum sealed for freshness and protection during transit.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) CST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
